Multi Bow Silicone Mould - Four Graduated Ribbon Bows 1.5 to 2.5 inch for Fondant, Gum Paste, Chocolate and Resin Craft

Bows are having a moment, and this mould carries four of them at graduated sizes from 1.5 to 2.5 inches - which is the point, because bows almost never work alone. Scattered in mixed sizes down a cake side they read as a cascade; one large bow at the top and small ones trailing below reads as a ribbon coming undone; a single big bow centred on a plain tier is the whole design. Having four sizes on one mould means you can build any of those arrangements from a single cast without buying three separate moulds. The shapes vary as well as the sizes - some are tied flat with the loops sitting open, others are pinched at the knot with tails falling away - so a scattered group looks like real ribbon rather than the same bow repeated. Every one carries fabric folds and creases through the loops and tails, which is what makes them believable: dust or paint them and the colour catches in the creases, and a metallic wash gives the polished gold ribbon look shown in the sample. Bows sit at the centre of almost every current cake trend - coquette, ballet, bridal, first birthday, Christmas - and unlike a themed mould they never date. Flexible silicone that peels back over the loops and knots without tearing the thin tail ends. Works with fondant, gum paste, flower paste, modelling chocolate and chocolate, and with polymer clay, resin, soap and wax.
