A round entremet with a crown of hearts around it - romantic without being a heart-shaped cake, which is exactly what a lot of customers want. The cavity is a deep ring with a raised centre well, and clusters of small hearts are moulded in relief around the outer wall so they sit proud of the surface like applied decoration. Set a mousse or bavarois in it and the hearts come out crisp and defined; finish it with a velvet spray or a mirror glaze and they catch the light individually. There is nothing to pipe and nothing to place by hand. The ring form matters for service as much as for looks: portions cut evenly from a ring, the dessert sets faster and more evenly than a solid block, and the open centre can be filled at the last moment with fruit, a sauce, cream or flowers. At 20.5 cm across and a full 6 cm deep this is a substantial dessert, taller than most entremet moulds, so it presents with real height on a plate or a stand. Returns & Refunds: We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. Claims for wrong, missing, materially different, or demonstrably defective/damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with required evidence. All claims are reviewed as per the circumstances and applicable law.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
