The wing is a clear PVC film printed with a shattered crystal prism pattern and finished with a fine gold outline traced around every edge and vein. As the cake turns, the holographic layer throws different colours back - green, violet, gold, pink - so the butterflies never look the same twice. Because the film is translucent, they behave differently from a printed paper butterfly: light passes through the wing instead of stopping at it, so they glow rather than sit flat. That effect is strongest against a pale buttercream and under warm party lighting, which is exactly where most of these end up. Each pack carries a mix of sizes and wing shapes - large statement pieces for the top tier and smaller ones to trail down the side. PVC holds its shape in the fridge and in transit, and the butterflies wipe clean and can be reused on a backdrop, a mirror, a hamper or a scrapbook. Shipping: Orders are carefully packed and dispatched promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays. For missing, wrong, or damaged items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a continuous 360° parcel-opening video for claim verification. Urgent orders can be flagged with the Order Number, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds: We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. Claims for wrong, missing, materially different, or demonstrably defective/damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with required evidence. All claims are reviewed as per the circumstances and applicable law.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
