Wrap it around a cake separator or spacer tier and it becomes a glowing digital display between your tiers - scroll names, messages, dates, emojis, animations and graffiti in full colour. The panel is controlled from your phone through a Bluetooth app with built-in patterns, graphics and animations, and you can also create your own DIY text and designs. Brightness and scrolling speed are adjustable to suit the venue and lighting. It runs on DC 5V through a USB port, so it can be powered by a 5V adapter, a power bank or a car USB port - a power bank makes it easy to hide inside the spacer. The inline controller lets you long-press to switch it on or off, or double-click to turn on mirror mode. Because the panel is flexible, it curves neatly around round spacers, and it can be reused for every event. Beyond cakes, it also works for car and shop displays, retail counters, party backdrops and festive decor. The box includes 1 pixel LED matrix panel, 1 controller with USB connector, 1 double-sided tape and 1 user manual. The cake, separator and power bank are not included. The panel is not food-safe, so always mount it on a separator, dummy tier or cake board - never directly against the cake.

Shipping: Orders are carefully packed and dispatched promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays. For missing, wrong, or damaged items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a continuous 360° parcel-opening video for claim verification. Urgent orders can be flagged with the Order Number, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds: We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. Claims for wrong, missing, materially different, or demonstrably defective/damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with required evidence. All claims are reviewed as per the circumstances and applicable law.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
