Nothing else in dried flowers does what craspedia does. Each stem carries a single perfectly round, densely textured pom-pom head on a long, straight, naturally rigid stem - so instead of lying against the cake like petals and sprigs, it stands up off it. Push three or four in at different heights and the cake gains a whole vertical dimension with no acrylic topper, no wire, and no structure work. It is why craspedia turns up on almost every minimalist buttercream cake worth saving. The heads read as graphic circles against a plain finish, which makes them equally effective scattered low across the surface, clustered at the base of a tier, or standing tall above it. Ten stems per pack is enough to work a full cake and keep some back. Because they are dried rather than fresh, the heads hold their shape and colour indefinitely, will not wilt or drop under lights, and can be lifted out and reused. The stems trim easily with scissors to any height. Also excellent in hampers, bouquets, buttonholes, vase arrangements, resin work and home decor. Please note dried craspedia is a decorative material and is not intended to be eaten: keep the stems out of direct contact with the cake by wrapping them or using a food-safe pick, and remove every stem before the cake is cut and served.

Shipping: Orders are carefully packed and dispatched promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays. For missing, wrong, or damaged items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a continuous 360° parcel-opening video for claim verification. Urgent orders can be flagged with the Order Number, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds: We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. Claims for wrong, missing, materially different, or demonstrably defective/damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with required evidence. All claims are reviewed as per the circumstances and applicable law.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
