The sculpt is a sitting bear with a large soft bow at the neck and five rounded balloons rising behind the head, and the fur is the detail worth paying for - a tight curly nap across the whole body that reads as real plush, with the bow and balloons left smooth by contrast. Colour those three elements differently and one cast looks like three components. At 3.5 to 4 inches the finished piece is a proper centrepiece on a single tier, and because it is a relief cast with a flat back it presses onto the cake top or leans against a tier without needing support - far more forgiving than a free-standing figure if you are working quickly. Very flexible silicone, so the balloon cluster and the ears release without tearing. Shipping: Orders are carefully packed and dispatched promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays. For missing, wrong, or damaged items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a continuous 360° parcel-opening video for claim verification. Urgent orders can be flagged with the Order Number, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds: We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. Claims for wrong, missing, materially different, or demonstrably defective/damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with required evidence. All claims are reviewed as per the circumstances and applicable law.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
