Heart cutouts are the most reusable thing a baker can keep in a drawer. They carry an anniversary cake, a Valentine's order, an engagement, a bridal shower or just a romantic birthday - no text, no theme lock-in, nothing that dates. All three designs are cut from mirror-finish gold acrylic, so they hold real reflective shine under photography lights rather than reading as flat printed gold. They come as a packet rather than a single piece, which changes how you can use them: scatter them across the top of a sheet cake, run three up the front face of a tall cake at different heights, ring them around a tier, press one into each of several bento cakes, or carry the same motif from the cake onto the dessert table and hamper lids. Sizes run roughly 2 to 2.5 inch, and some packets mix sizes, which is what lets you build depth instead of a flat even row. Lightweight enough that they will not sink into fresh cream or buttercream, rigid enough to stand upright pressed into the cake top or lean against a tier. Wipe clean and reuse. Shipping: Orders are carefully packed and dispatched promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays. For missing, wrong, or damaged items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a continuous 360° parcel-opening video for claim verification. Urgent orders can be flagged with the Order Number, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds: We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. Claims for wrong, missing, materially different, or demonstrably defective/damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with required evidence. All claims are reviewed as per the circumstances and applicable law.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
