The gold mirror love script sits on a second layer of clear acrylic cut to the same shape, and the two are bonded together - so the delicate loops and the long trailing tail are carried by a backing sheet instead of holding their own weight. It stays flat and straight through repeated use. From the front you see only the gold: a long flowing lowercase love in a soft calligraphy hand, with a sweeping entry stroke and a long tail that runs past the word. The clear layer is invisible against buttercream and reads as a subtle glass edge on darker cakes. The long horizontal shape is made to travel across the top of a round cake or sit along the front face of a tall one - it fills space that a compact topper leaves empty. Because it is rigid, it can also stand upright pressed into the cake, or lean against a tier without curling. Wipe clean and reuse. Shipping: Orders are carefully packed and dispatched promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays. Urgent orders can be flagged with the Order Number, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds: We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. Claims for wrong, missing, materially different, or demonstrably defective/damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with required evidence. All claims are reviewed as per the circumstances and applicable law.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
