The cup holds the cookies, churros, fries or breadsticks; the domed lid holds the dip - chocolate, caramel, cream cheese or a sauce - sitting above them in its own sealed well rather than in a separate pot that has to be carried, opened and balanced. The customer lifts the dome, dips straight from it, and nothing needs a table. That is what makes this work for delivery, takeaway counters, food stalls and events where there is nowhere to put a second container down. Two lids are supplied: the dome that carries the dip, and a second lid to close it, so the sauce is sealed for transport and cannot leak into the cup or out of the bag. At 350 ml the cup takes a decent portion - five or six churros, a stack of cookies, a good handful of fries - so it works as a standalone item rather than a sample. Fully clear, so the product and the dip are both visible before opening, which is most of the reason this format sells: it looks like more than it costs and it photographs well, which is why customers share it. Shipping: Orders are carefully packed and dispatched promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays. Returns & Refunds: We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. Claims for wrong, missing, materially different, or demonstrably defective/damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with required evidence. All claims are reviewed as per the circumstances and applicable law.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
