A full A-Z sits in one sheet in a rounded retro bubble font - thick, friendly letterforms with soft curves that read clearly from across a room and photograph well on a tall tier. Letters come out about 1 inch, which is the right scale for a name across a 6 inch tier or a short message split over two or three tiers. Press fondant, gum paste or modelling chocolate, release, and fix onto the cake with a dab of edible glue or piping gel once slightly dried. Because each letter is moulded separately you can space and curve the word by hand, colour letters individually, or dust them in lustre for contrast against the cake. Also casts in chocolate and candy melts for bark, bonbon boxes and dessert jars, and in resin, soap or clay for craft work. Urgent orders can be flagged with the Order Number, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds: We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. Claims for wrong, missing, materially different, or demonstrably defective/damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with required evidence. All claims are reviewed as per the circumstances and applicable law.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
