Classic Sitting Teddy Bear Silicone Mould - Approx 3.5 to 4 inch Fur Textured Bear for Baby Shower, First Birthday and Craft

The classic sitting teddy - no hat, no balloons, no scene - and that plainness is exactly why it sells. A bear on its own goes on a baby shower cake, a first birthday, a christening, a gender reveal or a get-well cake without carrying a theme that has to match anything, which makes it the one bear a decorator uses most often. The sculpt is a chunky sitting pose with the head slightly oversized, legs out front and paws resting together, and the whole body carries a dense curly fur texture with a smooth muzzle set against it. That contrast between textured body and smooth snout is what makes it read as plush rather than as a lump of fondant, and it is the part cheap bear moulds get wrong. The cavity is deep with the ears, muzzle and paws sitting in separate raised sections, so the demoulded bear has real roundness rather than looking pressed flat. At roughly 3.5 to 4 inches it works as the main figure on a single tier or leaning against a taller cake. Flexible silicone that peels back over the ears and paws without tearing them off - the point where a rigid mould ruins this shape. Works with fondant, gum paste, modelling chocolate and chocolate, and with polymer clay, resin, soap, wax and plaster for nursery ornaments and craft.
