The mould carries all ten digits, 0 through 9, each shaped as a puffed foil balloon with the seam ridges and pinched ends of the real thing - which is what makes the finished piece read as a balloon rather than just a fat number. That seam detail is the whole point: a plain rounded digit looks like a number, but the ridged panels and the crimped base make it look inflated, and it is what catches light when the piece is dusted or painted metallic. The digits are cast individually rather than in one block, so you take only the number you need and combine them freely - a single 2 for a second birthday, a 1 and a 6 for a sixteenth, a 5 and a 0 for a fiftieth. One mould covers every age a customer will ever ask for, which makes it one of the few decorating tools that genuinely never goes out of use. Each digit comes out around 2 inches, the right size to stand beside a figure on a cake top or press onto a cake side without dominating it. Dust it gold, silver or rose gold and it passes for a real foil balloon; cast it in the same colour as the cake and it reads as a sculpted detail. Shipping: Orders are carefully packed and dispatched promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays. For missing, wrong, or damaged items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a continuous 360° parcel-opening video for claim verification. Urgent orders can be flagged with the Order Number, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds: We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. Claims for wrong, missing, materially different, or demonstrably defective/damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with required evidence. All claims are reviewed as per the circumstances and applicable law.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
