Every wall and the lid are completely transparent imported film, so a tall layer cake, a two-tier build, a drip cake or a floral-topped celebration cake is on display from all four sides and above - no lifting a lid to show the work. It sits on a firm drum base that takes the weight of a full cake without flexing, giving the cake a proper pedestal instead of a flimsy tray. The real advantage is height: with options running from 7 inches all the way to 16 inches tall, there is a size here for a single-layer bake, a tall three-layer cake and a full tiered build with a topper still standing clear of the lid. That is the measurement most cake boxes get wrong. Flat clear panels take a ribbon, a bow or a branded sticker beautifully - a single satin band down each side and a bow on top is the classic finish. Shipping: Orders are carefully packed and dispatched promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays. For missing, wrong, or damaged items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a continuous 360° parcel-opening video for claim verification. Urgent orders can be flagged with the Order Number, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds: We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. Claims for wrong, missing, materially different, or demonstrably defective/damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with required evidence. All claims are reviewed as per the circumstances and applicable law.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
