Mermaid and ocean cakes are one of the most requested kids' themes and the pieces are exactly the fiddly kind - a scaled tail, a curled seahorse, coral, shells - so most decorators end up buying four or five separate moulds. This one carries the full set: a large mermaid tail at 7.7 x 5.4 cm, a detailed seahorse at 7.4 cm, a branching coral, a starfish, a scallop shell, a conch, two fish, two small pearl rings, and an 18.5 cm continuous wave border along the bottom edge. That wave border is the piece that actually finishes the cake: run it round the base and you get a clean scalloped sea line in one go instead of cutting waves by hand. The scale detail on the tail and the ridging on the seahorse are cut deep enough to survive dusting and painting, which is where cheap sea moulds go flat. Food grade silicone, flexible and non-stick, so the fine coral branches and the wave tips release without breaking. Works with fondant, gum paste, modelling chocolate, isomalt and chocolate, and equally with polymer clay, resin, soap and wax - the shell and coral shapes are popular in jewellery and coastal craft. Returns & Refunds: We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. Claims for wrong, missing, materially different, or demonstrably defective/damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with required evidence. All claims are reviewed as per the circumstances and applicable law.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
