This is the piece behind every tiered cake with a floating, filled gap between the layers. The spacer is a crystal-clear acrylic ring that sits between two tiers and holds the upper one above the lower, leaving an open see-through section you can style however the brief demands - fresh or artificial flowers, small balloons, meringue kisses, macarons, chocolates, faux balls or fairy lights. Because the acrylic is genuinely clear rather than cloudy, the filling reads as though it is floating in mid-air and the spacer itself disappears in photographs. It adds height without adding cake, so a two-tier order can be presented at the scale of a three or four-tier without the extra baking, cost or waste. Rigid acrylic holds its shape under a decorated tier and will not flex or bow the way thin plastic does. Available in five sizes so the spacer matches the tier sitting above it. Place a food-grade cake board between the cake and the spacer - the acrylic is a structural piece, not a food-contact surface. Shipping: Orders are carefully packed and dispatched promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays. For missing, wrong, or damaged items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a continuous 360° parcel-opening video for claim verification. Urgent orders can be flagged with the Order Number, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds: We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. Claims for wrong, missing, materially different, or demonstrably defective/damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with required evidence. All claims are reviewed as per the circumstances and applicable law.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
