Raksha Bandhan Silicone Mould - Rakhi Theme

Raksha Bandhan is the busiest chocolate and hamper week of the year for home bakers, and every order needs the same thing: a decoration that says rakhi at a glance. This mould does it in a single press. The scene is fully sculpted - figures, hands, the rakhi thread and the festive detail all moulded in - so there is no assembly, no hand-modelling and no piping at the exact moment of year when there is no time for any of it. Cast straight into chocolate for bonbons, bark, chocolate boxes and hamper centrepieces, or press fondant, gum paste or modelling chocolate for cake and cupcake toppers. Paint the finished piece in sections - skin, clothing, thread - or dust it in gold and leave it as a single tone for a more premium look. It also casts in resin, soap, soy wax and polymer clay, which matters here: Rakhi gift hampers routinely include candles, soaps and keepsake magnets alongside the sweets, and one mould can supply all of them. Highly seasonal, so buy early - demand for rakhi decorations peaks in the two weeks before the festival and the mould pays for itself over one season. Flexible food-grade silicone - fine detail releases without tearing, heat safe, freezer safe and reusable year after year.
