The clear walls give a full view of whatever is inside, and the sturdy white base gives it a clean, finished backdrop that makes homemade work look retail-ready. Choose the plain base and you have a well-proportioned small hamper box - room for a few brownies and chocolates, a small bloom arrangement, cookies and a candle, or a mixed dessert selection laid out with space to breathe. Choose the 6 cavity base and each cupcake sits in its own recessed hole, held upright so the frosting arrives exactly as piped, with no sliding into each other on the drive over. At 10 cm deep there is real clearance above a tall swirl or a topper, which is where most cupcake boxes fail. The lid lifts clear off for easy arranging, then drops back over the base with a clean edge, and the flat panels take a ribbon or a branded sticker neatly. Shipping: Orders are carefully packed and dispatched promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays. For missing, wrong, or damaged items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a continuous 360° parcel-opening video for claim verification. Urgent orders can be flagged with the Order Number, but delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds: We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection. Claims for wrong, missing, materially different, or demonstrably defective/damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with required evidence. All claims are reviewed as per the circumstances and applicable law.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
